Garage conversions
Home working is becoming the norm for many and could prove to be the way forward for the future. Companies are able to show significant savings and create a work life balance for its employees. Many companies were trialing schemes prior to the pandemic with favorable results.
We see the conversion of home spaces into offices as the way forward and one of the most un-utilised spaces in the house is the garage. This provides a space away from the home to give the incentive to start working without the distractions of home life.
We have devised a simple method of construction that would take around 2 weeks to install and complete dependent on finishes, extras and any required consents. Our costs start from £6500 for a single garage conversion and £8500 for a double garage. We cover all aspects of the build and fit to current building regulations.

Garden Pub
Tasked with creating a pub for a garden to an existing platform. Started the build during storm Eunis and finished in bright sunshine. All made from scratch fully insulated form floor to ceiling. Double glazed windows and doors - electrics installed - panelling - Bespoke bar - Reclaimed flooring - decking platform - EPDM rubber roof - Signage and graphics.

From a patio to a 3 zoned entertainment garden complete with hot tub. Composite decking to raised area - Canopy to existing patio with bespoke designed fittings - Sleeper decking to end all complimented with artificial grass and sleeper border creating a maintenance free oasis.
